Mobile phone addicts sleep less.

Sleep is very important for your weight loss. If you are not getting a proper sleep, it will make you feel tired and lethargic to workout. Also if you are sleeping less then it will also increase your hunger. It is because sleeping less do make changes to your hormones.

You do not workout properly.

Mobile phone addiction will stop you from completely concentrating on your workout. When you are at the gym and you are constantly going to check notifications in your mobile phone, then the exercises you were doing will get affected and you will take more time to complete your exercises which will not give you any benefit in return.
