The myth is that going on a detox will help you release toxins from your body which will help you in losing weight. But this actually don’t happen. In fact detox diets can be harmful to your health. It is always a temporary result when you lose weight by following a detox diet plan and you will again gain weight which you lost when you will start your regular diet.
Low carb diet:
So the second myth we have is going on a low carb diet. This will not help you in losing weight, in fact cutting carbs from your diet will definitely make you feel tired,weak and lathargic. Feeling tired will make you lazy for your workout and you will not have enough energy to do your exercises. Your stamina will decrease. So, I will recommend you to not to go on a low carb diet while having a weight loss journey.

Do not cut the fats:
It is very important to intake fats for a healthy body. Do not stop having healthy fats like nuts, fish and olive oil and stop eating the unhealthy fat. These healthy fats provide you a good energy. You should not buy low fat products from the market as they contain sugar and other calories which are not good for weight loss.
A fitness band:
Just wearing a fitness band will not help you in losing weight until and unless you do not det your goals and do anything to achieve them. Nothing can help you until you start working on your own.
The fifth and the last myth we have is exercising more will help you in losing more weight. It is true that working out daily is a part of your weight loss journey but you should know that the exercises you are doing everyday helps more in building muscles than losing weight. You should also know that these exercises will only work if you are following a healthy diet.
