WhatsApp Web Beta brings some new exciting features to its update version: Private replies in group chats, PIP mode, and many more: Come Take A LOOK

WhatsApp is going to bring many exciting new features for web and desktop, which will also have an option to make private replies in group conversations, tap on the name of the person to unblock and a Picture-in-picture (PIP) mode as well. These details were leaked by WABetaInfo, which has in the past revealed upcoming features on the apps. These features are being tested on the beta version 0.2.7315, says WABetaInfo.
The screenshots of the very new features of WhatApp are also shared by WABetaInfo. It appears that when we press the reply option in group chats for a while then it will open some other options where you will find Reply Privately option also. This would be more convenient for users. By private reply option, one can have a private conversation with someone in group without actually leaving the group.
By picture-in-picture (PIP) mode, the selected video or a video chat will be appearing as a new window with what looks like a newer user interface from WhatsApp.
WhatsApp is also working on a feature in which the user can unblock a person by just ttapping on person’s name. There is already a feature available only for group admins only in which people can join a group through a link by clicking on the option ‘Invite via Link’ available in group info feature section.
According to WABetaInfo website, this option is visible to group admins only.
WABetaInfo adds that the option of group calls will soon be available for iOS users. Group calls will be a feature that might work well for WhatsApp users.
WhatApp is also planning to add a new section for Admin Settings which will include two options:- Send messages and Edit group info, adds WABetaInfo.
Now, Android and iOS users have to just wait and see that how soon these features are rolled out. WhatsApp is currently working on these features.
The Facebook-owned messaging app is already testing services and businesses on the app. Updates and alerts are already being sent via WhatsApp by the players like BookMyShow, MakeMyTrip, etc rather than making sending it through SMS.WhatsApp is also exploring payments in India and planning to add the United Payments Interface (UPI) to the app soon.
