Taking the CSR initiative further, the #MainBhiHero movement lays emphasis on fostering Individual Social Responsibility motivating the society to guide aspiring youths towards Paramedical courses. With the #MainBhiHero movement and the SMART Academies for Healthcare, Tech Mahindra Foundation has strengthened its alignment to the WHO vision of “Health for All” and various UN Sustainable Development Goals ranging from Quality Education, Gender Equality and Decent Work &Economic Growth.

“At the Tech Mahindra SMART Academies for Healthcare, we are trying to change the definition of the word Hero. The youth come here as Students and leaves as Healthcare Professionals with lifelong skills, employment, and a feeling to serve and improve the healthcare services of our country. Now that’s exactly like a Hero.”-CEO, Tech Mahindra Foundation, Dr. Loveleen Kacker
